Personal Shopping Delivery: 20% of merchandise cost (including tax) plus a $10 delivery fee
Personalized Gift Bag Delivered: 20% of merchandise cost (including decorations cost) + $10 delivery fee
Packaged Food/Water/Other Delivered: 20% of merchandise cost + $10 delivery fee
